31 Days of Halloween - Day 11

After a kind of crazy day of two steps forward, two and a half steps back, I found myself with nothing to post for Day 11. I had been working on stuff but it was almost like there were too many ideas and I couldn't calm down enough to get any one of them ready.

I remembered this ATC that I had worked on last Halloween but never really finished so I found it and thought about what stamp or stamps I could add that would work. The space on the fence seemed right for a pumpkin and this one just fit. I was going to print out the card, cut and paste the pumpkin but it worked better to stamp and scan as I was able to make the colors match the file.

The real bonus was that while I was hunting for the clown image to credit it, I was looking through my Tallulah and Lunagirl image discs and found some doozies. I never found this particular clown so I must have borrowed him from the web. Background is my photo, two textures from Ghostbones. That was a Flickr site with bunches of textures he or she allowed you to download. I didn't feel like being greedy so got these two and the next time I looked the site was gone. A real loss as you can see from the viney texture on the fence and the spooky one above the fence line. I found one more ATC I may use tomorrow that is super spooky but I need to see if I can find where I got the images.

So...is your house as awfully dirty as mine? Have you been living on pizza? Can you still find your Aidirondack stamp pads? Gosh, you must be knee deep in the "Days" too. Ah hahahahaha!!

Hauntingly beautiful! Love this ATC!

My craft projects are in my craft area of hubby's man cave, buried under piles of paper, scraps, tools, and distress pads! The mess is now in my computer room/office as well and is slowly invading my kitchen. Help! Oh...I did find two stamp pads I didn't know I had and 2 duplicates of distress pads because I am so unorganized I thought I lost that particular color...twice...and bought new ones. Ugh! Save me from myself!!!

Hmmm... Sharon... as for being dirty... I have actually vacuumed and swept the big areas!!! Eating Pizza... yes have done that; but Michael is a wonderful fiance... he has been cooking some and laundry!!! Wooo Hooo!!! Had to make sure I said it because these are things that get taken for granted if not mentioned!!! Now about your ATC... I love it and you are right that pumpkin is perfect!!! I love the saying that you added also!!! Awesome Creation!!! See you tomorrow!!!

Wow, this is an awesome ATC! Love the backgrounds too bad that site isn't around anymore. Perfect sentiment too.
I think we should be able to post a pic of our stamping areas for one of our posts, because let me tell you mine is such a disaster it's SCARY!
To answer your question on my card today, yes the green is embossed. I used my cuttle bug and a folder called "diamonds in the rough" from provo craft.

My house is always a disaster, who cares! but I am in a "DAYS" on top of all of this I was in a pinch to get 16 haunted houses done and in the mail. I haven't slept. they re finally done, and when I finishing commenting on your blog, I am laying down.

I LOVE this ATC, and that quote has been a long time fav or mine.
Great job :)

I love George Carlin - didn't realize he'd said that! You always get such great quotes - or come up with them yourself. I don't know how you are doing these every day - I wanted to do this but was quite sure I wouldn't be able to keep up since I've been so busy with other things lately. I hope you don't stamp yourself out before I come down next weekend!
